1. Overview / Agreement to Terms

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, modify or discontinue products, and correct pricing errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund that order.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. We accept all major credit cards and additional payment methods available at checkout including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse orders we believe to be fraudulent.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy at vyolett.com/policies/shipping-policy. Vyolett is not responsible for carrier delays or orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Vyolett LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Site and all products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyolett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Vyolett's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
