What is your return policy?
We’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase and take pride in providing accurate descriptions and high-quality items. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return review.
To be eligible for consideration, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Custom, personalized, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return. All return requests require prior authorization and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the authorization. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
What if the items is lost or damaged during transit?
Your peace of mind is important to us, which is why we offer the option to insure every package at your discretion. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, you’ll be able to work directly with the shipper to recover or seek reimbursement for the item. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined at checkout. They depend on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping destination. For our jewelry line we offer free shipping on orders over $50. Insurance is extra.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We evaluate international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure we provide the best possible solution for our customers worldwide.
Do you offer consignment services?
We do offer consignment services on a selective basis. Each item is thoroughly inspected and authenticated before approval for resale. For consignment inquiries, please contact us with detailed images of your item(s). Our stringent criteria ensure we offer only the highest quality items to our customers.
